Elizabeth Cottam creates a unique dining experience drawing inspiration from the surrounding landscape and its dramatic seasonal transformation. It offers an endless creative inspiration to the chef, each dish tells a different story, using a poetic mix of tastes and colours.
HOME’s food menu comprises a series of tasting dishes presented across multiple plates. Sustainable seafood, local lamb, venison and other game sit alongside seasonal vegetables and fruits. These ingredients are enhanced by locally grown herbs, seaweeds from rock pools and interesting flavourings from across the world.
Some of the elements on the tasting menu take weeks of preparation, while other ingredients are handpicked for the exact number of bookings received.
