We hope it will have cooled down and be back working today x

Our British strawberries are just bursting with so much flavour right now, we had to create a dish to make sure our guests got to taste them before the season ends.

We open our menu right now with our ‘Simple Welcome’ Iced strawberry and lobster tea with seaweed brioche and strawberry and lobster salad.

Looks like a moon rock, tastes like a coconut, kaffir lime and black sesame choc ice 😊

Coming soon to our late summer menu edition.

At HOME with wine - Emily
Emily, one of our wine team, and her favourite wine.

"Esoterico - coming from the word Esoterica, symbolises collectivity and the sharing of knowledge. Made from a major blend of white grapes Esoterico hails from Clare Valley and Riverland in South Australia, but thanks to a weeks long skin contact has a beautiful amber shade to it.

I’ve always remembered the first orange wine I ever tasted and get so excited when I see them feature on wine flights! Juicy pithy tannin, combined with orange marmalade and dried mango.

An elegant and fresh wine, which only improves with the addition of our dish Carrot, a delight to enjoy on these hot summer afternoons and eves fast approaching. Sweet Carrot and sweet orange - you simply must try it"

We offer Signature and Premium wine pairing with all our menus.

At HOME with wine - Sakina
Sakina, from our wine team, and her favourite wine.

"Currently I’m loving the Pet Nat from Lunaria. Just seeing the colour gives me the joy of summer.

A naturally sparkling Pinot Grigio from Abruzzo in Italy is great with or without food. Dangerously quaffable peachy and fresh with strawberry notes. Perfect with our dish SUMMER BBQ Iberico pork with peaches"

At HOME with wine - Dan
Daniel is our restaurant manager. We asked him to choose his current favourite wine.

"One of my favourite styles of wine is dry Riesling. I'm a huge fan of minerality and freshness - perfect for pairing with food, but don't get me wrong, equally as enjoyable on its own.

One of my preferred pours right now is a wine by Rudi Pichler, one of Austria's elite in the wine industry.

We're currently serving his Riesling Achleithen Smaragd as part of our Premium Selection with our vibrant pea dish.

It's a wine that focuses on elegant minerality, creating an almost effervescence on the palate, which when you first try the wine, is quite tantilising.

Really promoting those green flavours of the dish, we have fresh green apple and lime acidity. It's honestly a heavenly combination which must be experienced!"

We offer a signature and premium wine pairing with each tasting menu. To book click on the link in our bio

Will you be walking through our gates?

Our restaurant gates are made from beautiful toasted wood. Hand crafted by artisans in rural Ireland. The finish is completely natural, high intensity heat causes sugars in the wood to blister and creates an almost leather look crocodile skin effect.

The process is about substance rather than superficiality. Taking time and energy to prepare everything by hand. It is the same thought and energy that goes into our food.

We look forward to welcoming you.

Our dishes celebrate the best of seasonal produce. Presented in a playful and imaginative way.

Sometimes, the dishes are named after their influence from the landscape around us. Others are named after their essence.

This dish of petals is called CARROT and tastes of late spring early summer.

Memories of rock pooling at Robin Hoods Bay

Our dish SEA is inspired by trips to Robin Hood's Bay, rock pooling and hunting for fossils. Filled with the subdued jewel colours and part of our current tasting menu.

Robin Hood's bay, is South of Whitby and North of Scarborough and is just one of the many beautiful places on the Yorkshire Coast .

Tumbled by the River Aire
These river pebbles are smoothed and polished by their journey. But one has been transformed into an edible delight.

Taking inspiration from our surroundings we create our dish Pebble.

Run toward the darkness, sweet peas, and shine. - Cheryl Strayed

PEA is part of our tasting menu. Celebrating the pea, it brings back memories of popping them fresh from the pod whilst they are still growing on the vine. Complexity and simplicity.

Contrasts. We love how playing with duality brings a certain balance to everything. Soft and crisp, earthy and sweet, light and dark.

A new dish that is also an old one, same but different.
